No.44/2014 of Ayiroor Police Station. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that crime was originally registered under sections 323, 324 and 420 r/w 34 of IPC. Subsequently, section 420 of IPC has been deleted. Hence, other offences are only bailable offences. Therefore, the petitioner can surrender before the learned Magistrate and obtain regular bail from that court.

Hence, this petition is closed.
