Petitioners are accused nos.6, 1, 2, 5 and 7

respectively, in Crime No.399 of 2014 of the Keezhvaypur Police station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 325, 326 and 308 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehend arrest and have filed the application.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the

application. It is submitted that on 02.04.2014 at the relevant time, due to political rivalry the petitioners attacked the defacto compliant and his family members with iron rod, wooden reaper etc. The Police also registered Crime No.90 of 2014 against accused nos.1, 5 and 7 for attacking son of the defacto complainant. Political rivalry is the motive for the alleged incident.

In the nature of allegations made and the investigation required to be done, I am satisfied that request for pre arrest bail cannot be allowed.
