Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No. 153 of 2014 of the Nedumbassery Airport Police Station being investigated by the crime detachment unit, Aluva for the offences punishable under Section 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 12(1)(b)(d) of the Passport Act, apprehends arrest and has filed the application.
