Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Ernakulam North
Kasaba Police station and has filed the application.
2.It is seen from the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ernakulam that report of the Sub Inspector concerned is that there is no case registered against the petitioner. Learned Sessions Judge has issued necessary direction in case arrest of the petitioner is necessary. Nothing further is required in the matter.
