Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.167/2014 of Changaramkulam Police Station. The offence alleged against him is punishable under Sec.354A of IPC. The complainant girl is aged 19 years. The accused is stated to be aged only 20 years. They were in love. The petitioner was a salesman in a textile shop. When she later informed that her marriage was being proposed, she wanted to leave her house and join with him. Accordingly, she went out. She was taken in a motor cycle at several places and at last taken to Arafa Hospital. When she went to the bathroom for making a phone call, the accused also entered there and molested her.
