Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.253/2014 of Thiruvalla Police Station. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Secs.294(b) and 353 r/w 34 of IPC. Petitioners 1 and 2 are brothers. 3rd petitioner is their mother. It is stated that first petitioner's wife was an inpatient in a hospital where the complainant was working. It is stated that the medicine prescribed by the doctor was not injected but, instead, some other medicine was injected upon the wife of the first petitioner. That was done by the de facto complainant, it is alleged. There was some altercation with regard to the same.
