The Additional State Prosecutor Sri.K.I.Abdul Rasheed submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this court, a special team has been constituted by the District Police Chief under the direct supervision of the Dy.S.P. The team is led by the Circle Inspector of Police. The investigating team is not leaving any stone unturned in the matter of tracing out Aswathy. The crime has been registered regarding the disappearance of Awathy by the Bangalore police also. They are also investigating into the crime .

would now submit that the 4th respondent is directly involved in the crime and even though this aspect of the matter was brought to the notice of the investigating team, the above team, for reasons does not known to them, has not even chosen to question him. We direct the team, which is investigating into the crime, to immediately question the 4th respondent, so that if necessary he can also be implicated in the crime. It is open to the petitioner to apply for revival of the writ petition if Aswathy is traced out within three months from today. Any information, which comes the way of the petitioner regarding the whereabouts of Aswathy, will be conveyed by him to the Investigating team. The team also will inform the petitioner once Aswathy is traced out.
