JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay balance of the pole charges and service tax. The petitioner has already deposited 25% of the service tax and the balance amount is outstanding.

I heard the petitioner and the standing counsel for the respondents. The financial difficulty faced by the petitioner to muster the necessary money is highlighted.

I permit the petitioner to pay the balance of the pole charges and the service tax in two equal instalments. One half of the amount shall be paid on or before 28.02.2013 and the balance amount shall be paid on or before 31.03.2013. The Cable TV lines drawn by the petitioner shall not be dismantled awaiting payment in instalments as directed above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
