JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as Part-time Junior Hindi Teacher from 22.12.2006 in Sreekrishna High School, Mattathur in Irinjalakuda. The petitioner had to file an appeal on being aggrieved by the rejection of approval of the said appointment. In appeal, Ext.P11 order was passed approving the said appointment of the petitioner on daily wage basis with effect from 1.10.2011. Feeling aggrieved by the denial of approval from the date of original appointment and also the appointment on daily wage basis the petitioner preferred Ext.P13 revision petition before the Government. The short prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P13 expeditiously. Though notice was served on the 5^th respondent he has not chosen to enter appearance.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader.

Taking note of the fact that Ext.P13 revision petition is pending before the first respondent, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass

appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say that before passing orders thereon the 5^th respondent shall also be put on notice.
