Protective penalty proceedings against four persons led to the passing of Exts.P8 and P9 composite orders. One of the persons alone filed a writ petition while the other three persons invoked the statutory remedy of appeal.
persons have been allowed by the appellate authority. The petitioner also intends to follow the same course and avail the benefit of the verdict passed in similar appeals.
