J U D G M E N T
All that the petitioner prays is that he may be permitted to clear the overdue amount and get the loan accounts regularised. I permit the petitioner to pay the overdue amount in 4 equal monthly instalments starting from 1.1.2014. This will be in addition to the equated monthly instalment which the petitioner is otherwise obliged to pay.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
