J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is eager and willing to discharge the entire liability to the first respondent Bank provided the penal interest is waived and the maximum concessions are extended.
The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent Bank seeking the benefit of one time settlement scheme if any under the circumstances. The petitioner is willing to deposit a sum of ` 9,45,000/- on or before 30.11.2013 in order to have a favourable response from the first respondent Bank.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
