This writ petition was filed on 1.11.2013. It came up for admission before this Court on 04.11.2013. On that day, the counsel for the petitioner was absent. Therefore, we adjourned this case to be posted after a week. When the matter was posted again on 15.11.2013 for admission, the counsel was again absent. Therefore, we posted this case for disposal to today. Today also, the counsel for the petitioner is absent. The petitioner is also not present. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
