time of death of her husband and she was left with two minor children to be looked after. There is no possibility of any remarriage under these circumstances. She had lost her life partner at this young age on account of the untimely death of her husband. Her dream regarding her marital life has been crumbled down due to death of her husband at this young age. She will have to live without the support and love and affection of her life partner for the remaining period of her life. So, considering these aspects, the amount of Rs.10,000/- awarded under the head 'loss of consortium' is on the lower side and we enhance the same to Rs.75,000/-. Similarly, two minor children have lost the love and affection and guidance of their father at their young age. Further, the parents aged 72 years and 63 years have also lost the support of their son at their old age. Considering these aspects, the amount of Rs.10,000/awarded by the Tribunal under the head 'loss of love and affection' is on the lower side and we enhance the same to Rs.50,000/-. We are not inclined to enhance any amount under other heads.
