The petitioner confines his relief to a direction to the first respondent to issue a certificate reflecting the deduction of tax at source. I direct the first respondent to issue such a certificate to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is up to the petitioner to file a return before the jurisdictional assessing authority and seek refund of the income tax paid if any excess.
