The first respondent concedes that the loan liability in question has been cleared by the petitioner and that the documents have been returned also. The revenue authorities shall take note of the same and withdraw the revenue recovery recovery proceedings, if any. Needless to say that No Due Certificate can also be issued to the petitioner in relation to the transaction in question.
The Review Petition is disposed of.
