JUDGMENT
The petitioner retired from the service of Kerala Water Authority as Assistant Executive Engineer on 31.10.2012. Ext.P13 pension payment order would reveal that his retiral benefits including DCRG, monthly pension, Commuted value of pension etc. were admitted. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite Ext.P13 order the amount covered by Ext.P13 has not been disbursed to her. It is in the said circumstances that raising grievances against the delay in the matter of disbursement of retiral benefits the captioned writ petition has been filed.

such circumstances the amount mentioned in Ext.P13 could be disbursed to the petitioner expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month. This is recorded.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to disburse the retiral benefits payable to the petitioner as mentioned in Ext.P13 expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
