JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits with
reference to the contents of the counter affidavit filed that, the petitioners unauthorisedly installed 'Oonnivala' at the spot, which was ordered to be removed by the competent authorities and it was implemented as borne by Ext.P5 Action Taken Report. It is stated that, after filing the writ petition, the petitioners are pursuing similar exercise, with regard to which, no action is being pursued by the respondents, merely due to the pendency of the writ petition which is still to be admitted. The factual position is virtually supported from the part of the third respondent as well.
There is no representation for the petitioners. The writ petition is dismissed for default.
