JUDGMENT

This case has been filed alleging contumacious Act on the part of the respondent in not complying with the directions given by this Court as per Annexure II judgment dated 16.11.2012. It is brought on record from the affidavit/additional affidavit filed by the respondent that the allegations levelled against the respondent are not true and correct and that the matter was considered as directed and Annexure III order dated 27.12.2012 has been passed already.

The case of the petitioner is that, the said order is not in conformity with the judgment passed by this Court.

After going through the pleadings and proceedings, this Court finds that, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the Annexure III order, it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings. This Court finds that, no further proceedings are necessary to be pursued against the respondent and the matter is closed accordingly.
