We have gone through the judgment of learned Single Judge, which was against a conditional stay order in the I.T.Appeal.

Having regard to the averments in the Writ Appeal and the submissions made by learned Senior Counsel Sri.Joseph Mathews arguing for the appellant regarding the quantum of amount that has to be paid, as one-third of the amount demanded in the light of direction of learned Single Judge, we grant two months time from today to comply with the direction of the leaned Single Judge.
