State of Kerala and others have filed the review petition seeking to review the judgment dated 2.11.07 in C.R.P. No.573/2001. It is alleged that in place of resurvey No.126/5 this court happened to mention resurvey No.129/5. The review petition is filed to correct the mistake that happened in the judgment.

The counsel for the respondent submits that subsequent to the order in CRP No.398/2010, the Taluk Land Board reconsidered the matter. The mistake in survey number was corrected in the subsequent order. In the light of the fact that the mistake in survey number was corrected by the Taluk Land Board, there is no necessity to review the order dated 2.11.07 in CRP 573/2001. The review petition is therefore dismissed.
