We have perused the report of the Mediator. Going
by the report of the Mediator, it is seen that the disputes between the parties have been settled. It is stated that as per the settlement, the appellant has paid ₹3,50,000/- towards the full and final settlement of the above case and the decree stands satisfied. It is also stated that the respondent/decree holder has
no further claim against the appellant/judgment debtor. We record the settlement and dispose of the appeal in terms of the settlement and the court fee paid in the memorandum of appeal shall be refunded to the appellant.
