Petitioner bank has approached this Court seeking an order directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal for an expeditious disposal of S.A.489/11.
On receipt of notice from this Court, on behalf of the second respondent, an affidavit has been filed by the Registrar. In the said affidavit, after explaining the previous postings of the case, it is finally stated that the case is now posted to 2.4.2013 and that on that day, the case will be taken up for hearing. Now that such an assurance has been received, no further orders are called for in this original petition. It is accordingly closed.
