“In the result, the suit is hereby decreed, declaring that the plaintiffs have got absolute title to plaint B schedule property, demarcated in Exhibit C2(a) plan as HKVW shaded with red colour having an extent of 275 sq. links. The defendants are hereby directed to demolish and remove the compound wall on the KH line and the basement on the HA line, and to surrender possession of the above described plaint B schedule property to the plaintiffs forthwith. The defendants are also hereby directed to demolish and remove the portion of their building in plaint C schedule property encroaching into the plaint B schedule property and the extent of the building constructed within the space of 1.5 metres from KA line of Exhibit C2(a) plan be demolished and removed within three months from this date. On failure to demolish and remove the compound wall, basement and the portions of the building in plaint C schedule property as directed above, the plaintiffs are at liberty to get them demolished and removed through court and recover possession of plaint B schedule property on the basis of Exhibit C2(a) plan. The western boundary of plaint A schedule property shall be fixed on KA line of Exhibit C2(a) plan. The plaintiffs are at liberty to put up a boundary wall of their own choice on KA line by incurring expenditure their own. The defendants shall pay the entire cost of the suit to the plaintiffs.
