This appeal is filed by the State, challenging the judgment of the Sub Court, Kozhikode in L.A.R. No. 229 of 1998 whereby the Sub Court fixed the land value for the land acquired from the respondent at Rs.30,000/- per cent.
In the above circumstances, following that judgment, this L.A. Appeal is also dismissed.
