Ramachandran Nair, J.
Based on petition No.92/2013 filed by the Travancore Devaswom Board, the learned Ombudsman has submitted Report No.180/2013. The matter is concerned with the approval for the work of SDP, Sabarimala - cleaning the public latrines and toilets at Sabarimala in connection with the Mandalam - Makaravilakku Festival of this year.
We grant approval subject to the above condition. The D.B.P. is accordingly disposed of.
