Cochin Devaswom Board has sought permission for construction of 10 toilets at Western Parking Ground of Thriprayar Temple. Learned Ombudsman, after taking the views of the Local Fund Audit has suggested that permission can be granted subject to the condition that instead of traditional bricks modular bricks should be used for construction and that the entire work should be under the supervision of the maramath wing of the Devaswom Board. We grant permission subject to the above condition and expenditure will be subject to audit.
D.B.P is accordingly disposed of.
