Learned Ombudsman has submitted report No.147/2013 in Petition No.73/2013 submitted by the Travancore Devaswom Board, recommending sanction for the work of repairs and maintenance to Sopanam (Donor House No.2) in Sabarimala. The estimate is for ₹31,45,000/-. One Suresh Kumar has come out as successful bidder with 10% excess over the estimate amount. It is suggested that sanction may be given to award the work as maintenance is requires.
We, therefore, sanction the work as sought for and the expenditure will be subject to audit.
DBP is accordingly disposed of.
