JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent undertakes that the 2nd respondent would not function as the President of the concerned Panchayat and that she would not exercise any function in such capacity, unless other orders to the contrary are obtained in her favour. She also undertakes that the meeting that is scheduled to be conducted on 24.5.2013 would not be convened by her. This undertaking is recorded.
In view of the above undertaking, no further action is called for in this Contempt Case. The same is accordingly closed.
