Petitioners are accused nos. 2 to 4, in Crime No.1249 of 2013 of Thiruvalla Police Station for offence punishable under Section 498A read with Section 34 of IPC. Petitioners apprehend arrest and have filed this petition.

Petitioners are the brother and parents, aged 42,72 and 65 years respectively, of the 1^st accused who married the defacto complainant.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to the allegations made against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Resultantly, this application is allowed as

It is directed that if petitioners are arrested by the Thiruvalla Police in Crime No.1249 of 2013, they shall be released on
