O R D E R
The petitioner is the second accused in Crime No. 308 of 2012 of Kasaragod Police Station who is alleged to have committed various offences under the IPC. It is unnecessary to go into the facts and details of the case for the simple reason that the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the final report has already been laid. If that be so, it is only appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the court before which the final report was laid or the court before which further proceedings to be conducted to apply for bail.
Reserving the liberty of the petitioner to approach the proper court for seeking bail, the petition is disposed of.
