O R D E R
This Court while dealing with the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner had earlier referred to the details of the case. Therefore, it is unnecessary to repeat the same in this order. It is pointed out that the petitioner surrendered on 06.02.2013, since then he has been in custody. According to the petitioner, his continued custody is unnecessary.
With the above observation, the petition is disposed of.
