behalf of respondents 1 and 2, to seek instructions from the concerned among R1 and R2 as to the correctness of the various allegations in the writ petition. We also issued notice on admission by special messenger to respondents 3 and 4 and directed them to produce Noufa Haneefa before this Court at 10.15 a.m. Accordingly, Noufa Haneefa, the alleged detenue, came to this Court accompanied by respondents 3 and 4. We interacted with her in detail. She would, at the very outset, deny the allegation that she is illegally detained by respondents 3 and 4. She told us that 3rd respondent is her husband and that at present she carries in her womb the child of the 3rd respondent. At the same time, she told us that she loves the petitioner and her mother, who are also present before us. The impression which we gathered from the initial interaction which we had with Noufa was sad in that her parents were not in a position to visit her freely. We, therefore, allowed Noufa to be in the company of her parents till 1.45 p.m. The case was taken again at 1.45 p.m. We interacted thereafter also with Noufa, her parents and also with respondents 3 and 4. It is revealed to us from the above interactions that the relationship between the parents of Noufa and the parents of 3rd respondent has been strained considerably.
