The petitioner and Rajesh (the alleged detenu) were working together in Saudi Arabia. It is stated that they decided to marry. According to the petitioner, she is pregnant and Rajesh is responsible for the same. The petitioner also states that both the families agreed for the marriage, but now, Rajesh is under the illegal custody of his parents.
