In the Writ Petition, the petitioner states that he was in love with Sini, daughter of respondents 3 and 4. On 4.2.2012, they had given notice of marriage under the Special Marriage Act. It is stated that the petitioner and Sini went to Mumbai and they lived together in Mumbai. It is stated that respondents 3 and 4 requested them to come back to Kerala. Thereafter, Ext.P2 agreement was executed between the two families. They agreed to conduct the marriage between the petitioner and Sini. The allegation is that even thereafter, Sini was detained by her parents, respondents 3 and 4.
father of Sini stated that on 25.7.2012, Sini went with the petitioner

after attending the mass in the church. On 30.5.2012, the petitioner and Sini were produced before the Judicial Magistrate of the 1st Class Court, Irinjalakuda and Sini was went with the petitioner.
In view of the subsequent developments, no further directions are required in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly closed.
