This writ petition has been filed challenging Exts.P3 and P4 notices of detention issued under section 47(2) of the KVAT Act. By order dated 14.3.2011 this Court directed the release of the consignments subject to petitioner executing security bond. Accordingly bond was executed and consignments were also released. Therefore at this stage all that is required is that the competent authority should complete the adjudication, if not already completed, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible. With that direction the writ petition is disposed of as above.
