JUDGMENT

The petitioner filed this writ petition alleging that although in an appeal the petitioner's appointment of an ARD has been cancelled, the petitioner has not been favoured with a copy of that order to enable the petitioner to take up the matter further in revision. On 11.1.2012 I passed the following order:

“The learned Government Pleader shall get instructions as to why the petitioner is not being given a copy of the order passed against him. Post after a week. Status quo as on today shall be maintained in respect of the appointment of the ARD in question till then.”

The petitioner now submits that subsequently the petitioner has been served with Ext.P11 order against which the petitioner has filed Ext.P12 representation before the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, who has been impleaded as additional respondent in the writ petition. The petitioner now confines his relief for a direction to the additional 5^th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12 expeditiously.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I

dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the additional 5^th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12 representation, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 4^th respondent as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
