The petitioners have filed an application for

educational loan for the 1^st petitioner for pursuing his B.Tech studies. The petitioners' grievance is that the respondents are not considering their application for loan.

I have heard the Standing Counsel for the respondents also.

Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the application for loan submitted by the petitioners and take a decision thereon as to whether the petitioners are eligible for such loan, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
