Notice to the additional 3rd respondent to be impleaded was not returned after service. The case was posted before the Registry on 24/1/12 and there was no representation. Inspite of it, when steps were not taken, the case was posted before the Bench on 20/7/12, when at the request of the petitioner, time was granted for curing the defect. Inspite of it, no steps have been taken. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
