The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking interim custody of the vehicle seized from the petitioner on allegations of illegal transportation of river sand. The petitioner now submits that in view of the fact that final orders have been passed, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the final orders now passed. Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
