The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the

following prayers:

“i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to allow and disburse all the retiral benefits, entitled to the petitioner within a time frame.

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction directing the 1^st respondent to consider and dispose of the Exhibit P5 representation within a time frame. “

The learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that Exhibit P5 application can be disposed of within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. I accordingly, direct the respondents to consider Ext.P5 representation and pass orders within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
