Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the Kerala State Electricity Board.

Since the issue involved in this case is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.(C).No.5021/2010 dated 17/2/2010, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to provide necessary electric connection to the petitioner's house subject to the priority among the similarly situated persons, as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that granting of such connection will not mean that the construction effected by the petitioner or others concerned stands legalized in any manner.
