Against orders cancelling the petitioner's lottery agency, the petitioner filed Ext.P4 appeal along with Ext.P5 stay petition before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the same.
The 1st respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 appeal, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 1st respondent shall also dispose of Ext.P5 stay petition, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
