J U D G M E N T
In all these writ petitions, the petitioners seek revaluation of their answer papers for certain examinations pursuant to applications filed by them in that regard. According to them, there is undue delay in completing the revaluation process. They seek expeditious completion of the process.
Having heard both sides, I dispose of these writ petitions with the followings directions:
Where there are applications for scrutiny and revaluation, the scrutiny shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Revaluation of those answer papers shall be completed within two months therefrom. In other cases, where only revaluation is applied for, the revaluation shall be completed, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
