JUDGMENT
Petitioner claims that respondents 1 and 2 had entrusted him a work of constructing a Block Resource Centre in the School of which the first respondent is the Principal. He claims that for payment, Ext.P4 representation was made to the first respondent. It is complaining that the first respondent has not considered his claims, the writ petition is filed.
