The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to Insurance Company to dispose of Ext.P4 within a time frame.

This Court is not going into the merits of the matter since the Insurance Company will have to duly consider the same in accordance with the terms of the policy and other conditions in the matter. Appropriate decision will be taken and communicated to the petitioner after conducting due enquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
