JUDGMENT
The Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging noncompliance of the directions issued in Annexure-I judgment. The Writ Petition was disposed of directing the Government to take a decision on Exhibit P11 appeal, after hearing the petitioners.
In the light of the above, as the directions have been complied with, the Contempt of Court Case is closed. Since it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order has not been communicated, there will be a direction to the respondent to communicate the order to the petitioners. If the petitioners have got any further grievance in the matter, they will be free to agitate the matter before the appropriate authority.
