JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application for registration of amendment of bye-laws and take steps for the same without any further delay considering the delay that has already occurred.
In the light of the submission of the Special Government Pleader the petitioner is not entitled to any relief in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of the registration certificate has not been communicated till date. The Joint Registrar shall communicate the fact of registration to the petitioner Society if not communicated till date, without any further delay.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
