The writ petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the respondents to grant temporary permit to the petitioner on the route T.V. Puram - Chemmanakari in the vacant timings of stage carriage KL-05/A 7317 by considering Ext. P2 application, forthwith, or at any

rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted an application for temporary permit on the route T.V. Puram - Chemmanakari. The petitioner is aggrieved

by the delay in considering the application for temporary permit. The learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that the Ext. P2 application will be considered in the next meeting of Regional Transport Authority.
