The writ petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the 1^st respondent Regional Transport Authority to take a final decision on Ext. P1 transfer of permit application within two weeks, in respect of the route Pandalam - Kayamkulam for the vehicle KL 17/C 9730, either by circulating among the members of the Regional Transport Authority

under Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules or otherwise.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Ext. P1 application for temporary permit is pending consideration before the Regional Transport Authority. The learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that the application will be considered in the next meeting of Regional Transport Authority.
